This Privacy Policy describes how the "Time Travel (SuccessFactors Provisioning Tracker)" Chrome Extension (the "Extension") collects, uses, and discloses information, and what choices you have with respect to the information.

The Extension is designed for a single purpose: to act as a version control tool for SAP SuccessFactors configuration settings. When you explicitly click the "Scan" button within the Extension, we collect the following technical data from the active browser tab:

Configuration Data: The values of form inputs (checkboxes, text fields, dropdowns) visible on the page.
Contextual Data: The specific "Company ID" associated with the settings page to organize the data.

We do not collect personal browsing history, cookies, or data from any websites other than the specific Provisioning URLs you initiate a scan on.

2. How We Use Information

The information collected is used solely for the following purpose:

To generate a version history log for your reference.
To compare current settings against previous snapshots to identify changes (Diff View).

The data is processed automatically and stored in a database to enable these features.

        3. Zero-Sale Policy

        We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your data to outside parties. The data collected by this Extension is strictly for your internal use and reference.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform). We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your information.

Private Database: Data is stored in a private Firestore database instance.
Encryption: Data transmission between the Extension and the database occurs over a secure SSL (HTTPS) connection.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase (a service provided by Google) for backend processing and database hosting. Google Firebase processes data in accordance with their privacy standards and our instructions.

6. Your Rights

Since this tool is designed for your reference:

You have the right to request a copy of all data stored associated with your Company IDs.
You have the right to request the deletion of all history logs and snapshots from our database at any time.
